This website provides information about our photography services and a way to get in touch. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not use the site in a way that damages, disrupts, or misuses it, or that could interfere with anyone else’s use.

Robert Springett Photography provides sport and action, concert and live event, corporate and brand, and real estate photography, based in London, Ontario and available across Southwestern Ontario. The specific scope of any project, deliverables, turnaround, and usage rights are confirmed when you book. Some content shown on this site may be marked as placeholder until final details are provided.

Availability is confirmed when you reach out. A booking is not confirmed until both sides have agreed on the date, scope, and terms. Dates and times may be subject to availability, weather, venue access, and other logistics. If something needs to change, let us know as early as possible.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Robert Springett Photography retains the copyright in all photographs. Usage rights for your images — for example, personal, press, social, sponsor, or listing use — are confirmed as part of booking. Let us know how the images will be used when you reach out, and we will confirm what is included.

You are responsible for providing accurate details about your event and for any permissions, credentials, or access needed at the venue. If your event has specific rules for photographers, please share them ahead of time so we can plan for them.

By submitting your phone number through our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Robert Springett Photography regarding your inquiry, booking, and the delivery of your photographs. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Robert Springett Photography.

Our services are provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services, or for losses that exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.

This site may link to third-party websites and social media profiles we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Inquiries submitted through the contact form are processed through our CRM and related tools; we are not responsible for how those third parties handle information beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
